Where is “The Great Bear Rainforest” located?

The Great Bear Rainforest is a large area of coastal temperate rainforest in British Columbia, Canada. It is located on the Pacific coast of the province, between Vancouver Island and the border with Alaska. The rainforest is home to a number of species of bears, including the Kermode bear, also known as the “spirit bear,” which is a subspecies of the American black bear with white or cream-colored fur. The Great Bear Rainforest is also home to a variety of other wildlife, including wolves, cougars, bald eagles, and humpback whales.
